Estate documents

MERP may request estate-related documents such as probate filings, estate inventories, letters of administration, wills, or other records related to estate assets.

Representative documents

If you are acting for an estate, MERP may request documents showing your authority to respond. This may include letters testamentary, letters of administration, or other representative documentation.

Hardship documents

If hardship review is requested, provide all documents described in the notice. Incomplete documentation may delay review.
